Diagnosis
Scutellum with raised and strong reticulation, median groove indicated in anterior part; female gaster short, MM/LG = 1.2; propodeal callus with 5-6 setae; male flagellum with a two-segmented clava. Similar to stipitus but with shorter flagellum and wider scape, short scutellum (0.8X as long as wide), petiole shorter, and femora dark brown in female.
